Kim Windrum was recommended to us by a co-worker friend.  Kim exceeded our expectations at every contact.  She spent time assessing our needs and listening.  She provided her assessment of the market prior to meeting with us which really helped my husband and I to understand what we could expect our property to do!  Kim showed her commitment over and over.  Our home was not on the market long!  Thankfully.  However, we attribute that to great advice from Kim and some hard work getting the property ready for sale.  My 3 year old son, Sam, has a huge crush on Kim, all because she was sweet and attentive to him.  "I LIKE KIM" he had announced on several occasions!  We do too!  She followed up many details and always did what she said she would do and when!  Moving is a stressful time.  Thanks to Kim and her organization we have a successful sale.  It only took 10 hours for an offer.  Also, the photo's taken and posted of the home were amazing.  I have viewed listings that make me cringe at how awful it shows the property.  Thank you does not quite say how much of an extent we appreciate the level of care that Kim provides!
